Overall it is very good, but the arms an get a bit wonky. It is hard to keep all monitors aligned. Once you do, they stay there, but if you bump into them you'll have to align again. Good quality and easy to set up. I have two 27'' monitors and one 24'' monitor. Fit perfectly for what I need. I am able to adjust the arm height for the side monitors up and down without touching the screws at the back. So I could stand up or sit down when I want to. All three monitors seem to align just fine. One thing that could be improved is the cable management cover. It doesn't slide out and in easily. All in all happy with this purchase.
