I have used a few different (and pricier) phones in the last 3-4 years. I have been using this phone for a month now. And I can say that the experience with the UI is by far "the best". Its smooth, It does not stutter. The phone does not heat up. Its a bit boring lookwise and it misses a few xtras. But, the day to day experience with the phone is just fantastic. Camera is nice too. Samsung has been long in the smartphone industry and the UI is very optimized, hence gives the user a smooth experience. I have used a few different (and pricier) phones in the last 3-4 years. Trade off in hardware is balanced in my opinion.
Screen is large (too big for my liking), and internal storage is enough to last the lang haul.
My last phone I kept for four years, two years past the security updates ended. This phone has support for longer than usual and I expect it to last four years.
If you want a good camera, this phone isn't for you. But it has a good camera for it's price.
Doesn't come with much bloat, but it does have some. However, most apps can be uninstalled. For the remaining apps, they can be removed with adb without root. Samsung allows unlocking tte bootloader too.

I'm a fairly casual phone user, and not fastidious enough to care that the screen refresh rate is 'only' 60Hz.
This model was about 30% more expensive than the bottom of the range. The key features that drew me to it were the screen resolution (high enough to display Full HD) and the gorilla glass.
The negatives are that it nags me a tad too often to enable features that I'm never going to want, and it's unnecessarily tall. After a few weeks, I'm impressed with the general quality of this phone, and especially its battery life.

Purchased the Samsung A13 mobile phone as it meets all my needs for an older person that doesn't need all the flash bits but would like a good camera, a bit of speed when searching and easy to use. This phone ticked all the boxes. I did a search on the net and found by purchasing through PBTECH I would save over $120 on retail prices which were consistently higher at other stores. Quick friendly service and I have my new phone. Very happy with this product. It does everything a smartphone should do, but it struggles when the cache is full. The scrolling becomes a bit choppy and videos don't always play smoothly. Great phone if you need something cheap that does most tasks well, but it's certainly not a high performance smartphone!
