Logitech G502 Hero High Performance RGB Wired Gaming Mouse

I am not able to get the programmable buttons working due to the frozen loading issue of Logitech G Hub in Windows 10.

Good mouse, nothing to complain about except the lifespan of the left click button. 11 months in I had a left click problem(it would double click or release when holding down left click), took it back and had it replaced with a new one with no fuss. 11 months later same problem. Never had this issue with other mice under similar usage. For a mouse of this price I feel they could do a lot better. I have used G502 for going on 4 or 5 years now (the model before the hero and the hero), they're fantastic mice however they have always started to die after a year. The most common issue i have is it just flat out not working, needing to be unplugged and plugged back in. Its a minor thing but when it happens a few times a day it gets really irritating. Every G502 ive owned has had cable issues, also i move around a lot and the mice are fairly delicate in a backpack, do not buy this mouse if you plan on putting it in a backpack more than a few times a year. The logitech gaming software used to configure them is pretty good if hard to find. If you are getting this mouse for an entirely stationary setup, plug and forget kinda thing then this mouse is fantastic for you, just be aware that may have issues down the line. If you have a mobile setup, look elsewhere.

For reference I have used mine daily for maybe a year to a year and a half and i pack up and move my setup 8 times a year so it has been well used.

Just under one year the left mouse button stopped working. I love Logitech products but this is the second time this has occurred. Will look at buying a different brand to replace this. I am using the wireless Gaming Headset G930 with 7.1 surround and the G402 mouse with the Logitech Gaming Software. I wanted to upgrade to G502 mouse but found that the Logitech Gaming Software didn't support the G502 mouse, I installed the newer G Hub software for the mouse to work properly. Sadly, both software from Logitech cannot co-exist and G Hub does not support the G930 Headset. Go figure.
I liked the feel of the G502 Hero, except the wheel which had a switch for free-run and raster. It didn't feel like a great implementation and didn't feel precise or grippy.
Internet forums are full of issues with G Hub software.

Personally, I don't recommend this product.

I've had this mice for about 2 years and it has done me very well . i like the fact that added weights can be added for a better resistance or feel . the extra buttons come in handy as well to map other bindings . the togglable fly wheel is a useful item for scrolling far down . other than that over all a good mice that I will be looking into the future again!
