Belkin USB-C 11-IN-1 Multiport Dock

Dock is fine for what it is. Got it on special, so hard to complain.
Had for a week or so, really testing the capability and possible use cases of the thing.

Pros:
Looks pretty mint tbh
has a lot of great connectivity
was plug and play with windows 10 and 11
I was able to daisy-chain just fine via the DisplayPort output (though limited in resolution as described in the product description).

Cons:
- Can take a long time for computers to recognise the dock and subsequent inputs, sometimes requires a couple of attempts at plugging in to get full connection

- The cable is quite short for a required 90 degree plug in, putting strain on the USB port on my laptops and is super sensitive to disconnecting
- This device only plugs into one USB-C port, meaning that despite having the connectivity, you cannot use most/every port simultaneously without issues. Set up with power + max resolution output (1080 x 2) + USB ports is unreliable (USB will often stop/not work)
- This dock consumes 15W of power, so beware if you're doing power pass through (no fast charge in particular if that matters).
- It can get warm, something to be aware of if your lappy already runs hot

Given it's short comings, this thing would work better and have a more seamless experience if it just used a second usb-c connector.

This dock has functioned really well for me with a MacBook Pro 16, MBP 14 and MacBook 12. The only issue (with the MBP 16 really, not the dock!) is that some laptops pulls down too much power and will slowly drain battery if powered through the dock. I've resorted to sometimes plugging in the original power brick directly. Otherwise, if you don't need Thunderbolt speed transfers this has a nice selection of ports in a good form factor. I run a 1440p display at 60Hz over HDMI plus ethernet and another USB hub of USB things (webcam, speakers, mouse, keyboard, game controller dongle) and it all works 99% of the time. Very occasionally I need to unplug and replug it to get everything going but less than other docks I've tried. It does get pretty hot under an also hot laptop btw, so keep it in mind if you don't have the coolest running system - the extra heat can contribute to fans spinning up more or even thermal throttling if you regularly push your laptop to the limit. Seldom and issue for me though.
