Overall, an exceptional product with unquestionable raw power, however some end user refinement is recommended to maximise efficiency and performance. Cheers PB - awesome AIB model at very competitive price.

This card is negligibly better then the 3080 which I upgraded from.

But expect around 46-51 DBA under load as this thing will pull 400W and sit around 76-80% fan speed 85C (19C Ambient)
You WILL hear these jet turbine fans n the coil whine that comes with it.

Purchased this card a week ago moving my 3080 to a 2nd rig. The EVGA FTW3 cooler is only "OK" if you leave this card running at stock with its unnecessary up to 450watt TDP. I would "strongly" recommend undervolting this card, like all high end Ampere models 3080/3080TI or 3090 stupidly use somewhere around 100watts squeezing out the last few percent in performance. Once undervolted this card runs far cooler and quieter for the loss of between 0-3fps which is a trade you really want to make (trust me).

I am coming from an Aorus 3080 and I can already feel the difference. That power increase is really nice to have. Only issues I've seen people say is how hot and loud it gets but I spent literally 1 minute on fixing the fan curve to my preference and I'm running 45 at idle and max 74 at games with Ray tracing and max settings. Very good card performance is great which is what you would expect from evga.
Probably the best 3080ti out there, as long as you use 3 supplies power leads it runs sweet as a nut and ya can overlook it no worries.

Firstly this card is amazing and smashes what ever game and settings you throw at it. But unfortunately this card and frankly any right now suffer from the crazy surge in pricing. I bought this by selling my LHR 3080 GPU and just had to pay $150 on top so it was a great bargain for me.
Performance wise, its hands down the best out there. I play on my 4K OLED and have great visuals and higher framerates for most of my games on Ultra.
It does get hot so I have undervolted my GPU. It is fairly simple to do that as there are some great online videos for it without any risk of damaging the card. In fact it will increase the lifespan of your card without affecting framerates, for me I actually got some more frames than its default setting. It also keeps the card 7 degrees cooler and less fan noise.

If you have money, go for it. If you are on budget then 3080 is a great option I mean still expensive but not as expensive as a TI card
