I like Norton's product but they've introduced a step to register your payment method for future subscription renewal with this product. Supposedly you can cancel this at any time but I still don't like being forced to give credit card details for future payments I have no intention of making...online subscription renewal is always more expensive than getting a fresh copy on sale. Does the job. The only issue I found is it randomly pops up windows advising installation of all features. This can be annoying if you are in a middle of a game. Does the job. I've used Norton forever. Probably the last 20 years. And never had an issue until the last couple of years.
1. Requires a credit card number to activate - so they can auto-renew. Yes I could then remove this - but I don't need another overseas online website holding my credit card details - which is why I bought it at PB Tech in the first place.
2. Special announcements - pushing more products on you, unless you deep dive into settings to turn this off.

It tells you everytime it's doing something, scanning, reporting, finished scanning, running, going for smoko - which interferes with my productivity, and can prove frustrating when ...view more I've used Norton forever. 4. It incessesantly has the need to prompt you to use their browser add-ons, everytime there is an update to a browser - even if it's a browser you don't use (e.g. Edge), even if you tick the 'don't ask me again' box. Another productivity killer.
So, farewell Norton. You'd be best to spend your money on another product that is less intrusive, this stuff should just run in the background and only appear when something is wrong!!

I have been using Norton since 2017, and this is a great product that doesn't slow down the computer. The license key can be used on 5 products including Androids devices.
