GGPC RX 6400 Gaming PC

I don't know much about PC's so I wont go into details cos I have no idea. For the first month and a half it has been no issue, launch a game and off I go. Lately however it is stuttering or freezing whatever you want to call it and it is not limited to one or two games. it also happens randomly without any rhyme or reason. It doesnt happen all the time to be fair, but when it does happen its very noticeable. When I took it out of its box (good packaging btw) there was a rattle. I found a screw on its own and several others pretty loose. Not quite the out of box experience I was hoping for. For raw power I would have went 2nd hand instead. But since this was for my daughter I needed something with no fuss or mucking about. For her learning Illustrator and Blender and playing in simple games like Minecraft and Sims its just nice. However when testing with my games, especially the new Hogwarts game she really wants to play, it is rather lacking. For Hogwarts it struggles to achieve stable 30fps on lowest settings, and on what I think is my most intensive game Overwatch 2 it manages just about 70fps on medium settings. If her grades are good this term I may slap in a 2nd hand GPU to solve that. All in all fair price for a new PC...view more For raw power I would have went 2nd hand instead.
