I bought the gaming laptop for my son Owen and he absolutely loves it. It was easy to setup and we had it up and running in no time. He likes the coloured lights and the fact that it starts up really fast. Thank You to Tiana for recommending that we add in the extra 8GB ram which makes the speed even better. She was very knowlegeable and explained the specs to us. PB Tech is lucky to have her as she is always helpful and willing to go the extra mile with a lot of patience. We purchased this pc for my 13 year old for Christmas, he loves it. He is happy gaming and watching videos to his heart content. The only thing we may need to upgrade is the RAM (would prob double it) and the hard drive needs to be larger. However, we are super pleased with our purchase. Awesome PC and amazing pricing. I can confirm that this PC TPM 2.0 Feature therefor you can play Valorant i'd recommend the downside is you would have to work around with the small storage space but you can always upgrade it Awesome PC and amazing pricing. I bought this with 8GB and upgraded it to 16GB RAM, at this price point it's really good value for money. After using an Asus Tuf gaming laptop this is just so much better and I will be able to upgrade it easily. Really pleased with it. I play a mixture of PC games from FPS (MW2, Overwatch 2, Velorant) to MMORPG's (WoW, ESO, FFXIV Online) and this computer can play all these games with out any issues.

Really good product for those who don't have the time/knowledge to build their own. Had it shipped to Australia and it arrived ready to go out the box. Only thing its really lacking in is RAM so be sure to buy a stick. The motherboard only holds 2 so you're limited there.
