The Hydro Series H5 SF is a low profile liquid CPU cooler that provides efficient cooling for small form factor Mini-ITX systems. Building a small form factor system shouldn't have to mean compromising on processor speed, and with the H5 SF you can provide reliable cooling for your system's high performance CPU.
Lots of cooling power in a small size
The H5 SF solves the problem of providing effective liquid cooling for high performance CPUs in cases where a full-sized Hydro Series liquid CPU cooler won't fit.
Universal Mini-ITX compatibility
The H5 SF was originally developed for the Corsair Bulldog living room gaming system, but it also works great in any system that's built around a Mini-ITX motherboard.
Unique cooling system design
It has a pump assembly with a copper coldplate and flexible, low permeability tubing, just like our larger Hydro Series models. They're matched with a one-piece blower which cools the circulated liquid by drawing cool air from the inside of your PC and exhausting it outside the case. So, in addition to keeping your CPU cool, the H5 SF provides additional cooling for the motherboard and other components by constantly pulling cool air across them.
Premium components for high performance and easier installation
The low permeability tubing helps ensure long life, and the flexible design makes installation easier in tight spaces. The cold plate uses copper for its excellent heat transfer properties, and pre-applied thermal compound saves you time and mess during installation.

Can be a bit tricky to fit depending on the PC you intend using it in .

All in all not a bad unit that does the job it is supposed to do with minimum noise .
And its not going to break the bank .
40°C on ITX Xeon
Got it installed on a 2620v2 and at 100% load all core it barely touches 40c. My VRM does get a little warm (65c) but honestly isn't bad, also my DIMM under the fan runs about 5c cooler than the other DIMM that isn't.
But for my ITX build i am beyond happy, super easy to install (fittings are a bit difficult to rotate at first) my board is quite strange (cooler mount wise) its a LGA2011 socket with LGA1366 mounting holes but this cooler fitted up with no problems.
One thing i didn't like, the included screws didn't match size or thread pitch of my case standoffs, and cases original screws were not long enough for the extra thickness this c...view more
Tricky install, great cooling
Fit my ITX setup nicely (Thermaltake Core V1 Cube) after a couple hours of tinkering. Hoses do fully rotate at the connection to the block, although not easily, so as not to pinch or restrict fluid flow. The pump needs to be connected to a fan header on the motherboard. Otherwise, cools my 6600K as well as my H100 did. A bargain at $67.85 tax in, and one of the better cooling options for an ITX build.
