Unitek Y-8711 VGA to HDMI Converter with Audio

I purchased a new 4K monitor which has HDMI inputs so my old PC which didn't have HDMI connectors wouldn't work with it. This able worked fine.
I did need to plug in the usb cord as well (I thought this might just be for audio but it was required). All worked fine. My old pc graphics card only does 1080p resolution but at least i can use the same monitor as my laptop (which does work at 4K). Needed a VGA converter for an old computer to go to a projector with HDMI . Device worked straight out the box, plu & play. You may to have to change the video size to the screen .

It does excalty what it says. Plug both VGA and USB into the back of the computer and HDMI into the back of the monitor, simple as that. I have picture and sound going to my monitor.
