After having an old kitset wired Remote Control Extender not being up to the task when I changed to a My Sky Box Decoder/Recorder, I was searching for an Extender that would work with the Sky setup. Various Forums suggested it has been a problem for a while with too few solutions.
Then I discovered this Arco 1370 kit. Research on NZ websites stocking the Arco set pronounced it "Sky Compatible". The up-side for me was that it was wireless, meaning I didn't have to think of running more wires under my house ( a not entirely pleasant task from past experience).

I have had this product only for a couple of days, but I can say it works entirely as advertised. After planning the layout at each end of the link, it was just a matter of plugging in the Transmitter/Emitter components, and the power supplies, and firing it all up. Worked first time! With the Sky remote in the distant room (15m away), through 3-4 walls, operating the remote is the same as if it was in the same room as the Sky Box. No delay, no mis-keying.
I recommend this product, value for money, and easy to setup. Everything needed comes in the box (for a single link setup), but additional units can be added and paired to extend a more complicated system, if required.
