Appears to be a perfectly functional cable, however, there are no specs printed on it nor branding on the cable or packaging; the boot profile is also different to 8ware cables I already own. I have no testing equipment nor any 10G interfaces so I cannot confirm if it lives up to Cat6a spec. The plug pins appear to be simple steel.

Overall it may be a knock off, or 8ware have lowered their standards.
