Bought this to replace the OE cable from a 27" touchscreen to enable the integrated camera and mic. Feels like a solid unit. 2 Weeks in and no issues. Cable quality etc is good - brand seems to produce cables of consistent quality. I've bought a different cable made by them and it's quality (USB 3.0 extension cable). Shame this cable wasn't right for my needs though, and they didn't seem to make one that did, thus had to buy a different brand. However, PBT were good re returning it so I could get the correct cable - can't fault the ordering/delivery/return process. Provided the specs matched my requirements, I'd trust the brand to buy any cable of theirs based on experience to date. This cable is much faster than the standard USB cable.
If your USB port is a blue colour then it will be able to utilize the speed of this USB 3 cable.
If your port is not blue then it will still work at the normal speed.
