For the price, this is pretty good and does what it says. Only things I don’t love about it is the fact that it takes forever to charge. If your listening to music on your phone at the same time it basically doesn’t charge it. But if your batteries full and your going on a long haul trip it’s good for keeping it from going flat. I needed a vent mounted charger / holder for my car as suction ones always fall off. It works perfectly in my Hyundai i30. A previous vent mounted holder, which lasted almost 4 years, failed when the clasp (is that what it's called?) failed. This one seems sturdier.

Note: my daughter bought one for her Honda Fit and it doesn't fit (no pun intended) into her air vents, so maybe go in store and check it out rather than buying on line if you are not sure.
