Easy to set up

Easy to install, plenty of wizards & YouTube's to configure. Batteries on cameras all charging from solar. Doorbell battery will probably last 10-12 weeks I'm guessing. Agree with review that a live 4 x 4 cams view would be a great addition.

Not what it says

This camera system is excellent quality. But you can only view one camera at a time. I wanted to be able to view all four cameras at once - not with EUFY.
Shame, as the cameras are very good.

Great product… but…

Two of the four cameras didn’t work. After trying lots of different things (lead by the Eufy support team) I gave up and returned the whole set. However, I did purchase a different version of the same product (the two camera set) and so far they are working perfectly.

Shipping Costs

Shipping Security & Insurance

All orders shipped by PB Tech are sent via a courier with a signature required for each delivery. All orders sent by PB Tech are fully insured in the unlikely event that your item(s) are damaged or go missing in transit.

Returns & Warranty

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.

Please note, items purchased on finance cannot be exchanged for a gift card.
