Happy Camper

Hadn't heard about Laser products but as it was a region free player and the price was ridiculously low, I thought I'd take a punt. Glad I did. It's a great little player and has extras that are missing in other similar players. No problem with setting it up, it was literally plug and play.

Happy Customer

The product description was very helpful, the delivery service was very prompt, and this multi-region DVD player enabled connection via HDMI. Set-up was very easy and the player itself is lightweight and easy to transport to friends living rooms. The discs successfully play and we're happily watching a collection series again.

Does what I want it to

Works well, easy to connect.
One weird thing tho, I have a dish tv decoder connected to the same TV and when I press 10 on the dish TV remote the DVD player turns on and opens the tray. No idea why.

So easy to set up and use

I was pleasantly surprised to be able to set up usage of this DVD player through my smart tv's remote control. I also love the fact that it can pay any region's DVDs. Thank you to PBTech for great service once again.

Returns & Warranty

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.

Please note, items purchased on finance cannot be exchanged for a gift card.
