The computer arrived damaged. It was packed properly and the box was undamaged but it was clearly cracked. A grade ..yeah right ! Super annoying and the "customer service" forms and procedures just add to the frustration ...I emailed the service person photos ... unacceptable that they make it hard to even sort and issue unless you follow their strict instructions instead of the person calling to appologise and sort it out ...fill out this form and that form then sort out shipping blah blahThe computer arrived damaged. Good value for money BUT????????
The Dell 7440 worked well when we first fired it up. Connected it to the web. It started doing windows updates. After about 1/2 day a re-start was required. After the re-start, it no longer wanted to boot up. Something had gone wrong. PB Tech honoured the warrantee and replaced it. Then number 2 Dell 7440 did EXACTLY THE SAME THING. After about 1/2 day it re-started. NO LONGER BOOTED UP! We then got Dell 7440 number 3 from PB Tech and you guessed it. Number 3 Dell 7440 did EXACTLY THE SAME THING. PB Tech were really good about it. If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.
To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.
If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.
Please note, items purchased on finance cannot be exchanged for a gift card.
