The World First PCIe 4.0x4 Controller, Phison PS5016-E16 controller, made by 28nm manufacturing technology. The advanced fabrication process ensures PS5016-E16 has enough compute power for ECC processing when adopting the latest 3D TLC NAND flash. Yeah, OK I guess

When you read the specs you might be expecting blazingly fast programs. In reality, it feels about the same as my Samsung 970 which is $50 cheaper. I am not convinced it was worth the extra, but I was building a top spec PC and price was not the main concern. Perhaps when the price lowers it might become a first pick, but not yet.

Good drive

Good drive, stays nice and cool with the copper heatsink (havn't seen mine go go over about 46c) Seq-Write could be faster but for the price i paid (was on sale) and my use case (for a gaming pc) its more then enough, would recommend.
