The GUV3050 is an HD Bluetooth Headset that pairs with laptops, computers, IP phones and other devices to offer high-quality, wireless sound. Ideal for remote workers and busy environments, this Bluetooth headset features a noise cancellation microphone that minimizes background noise to provide crisp HD audio. The GUV3050 easily pairs with any Bluetooth device, provides all day comfort thanks to an adjustable headband, and comes equipped with a charging base station. The price you're paying for is what you get

It's not too bad for the price. It does what it meant to do. I use it to take calls as in call centre wfh situation. The sound is clear and people can hear you well. The down side is the battery runs out quickly (less than 2 hours) but you can charge it using the cable and still use it. It gets a bit painful on your ears after a while. It doesn't have noise cancelling from your end so if you have kids in the house, the caller can hear them. The microphone is only on your right side, you can't switch position. Overall it's ok being super cheap.
