Bought it for MS Team and Skype. It works well and gives a very clear sound. It is also good for playing music. The blue tooth wireless connection is an add-on feature. I use USB for connecting to the laptop and blue tooth for phone, which work well. Comparing to on board laptop speaker and microphone, this connect 4s speaker phone gives better sound quality and it is easier to use the touch option to adjust the sound level.

Please be aware that the bluetooth version is the old 3.0.

Works a treat and just what I needed. I purchased two and donated one to a Charitable Trust of which I am a Board member. This now enables us to hold meetings online with appropriate sound. We bought this product to help an elderly friend who had difficulty answering their phone and found the setup very easy and straightforward. Now we and others can call and have a conversation without the frustration of missed calls etc.
Set their phone to automatically answer after 5 seconds, adjusted their volume and now are enjoying the ease of talking. Have even heard this elderly person talk about calling overseas friends they haven't called for years, to just have a chat and a laugh.
