I've never really used mouse pads, let alone ergonomic ones with a wrist rest. But this has been fantastic for long days in front of a screen working and gaming, my wrist is definitely better off! Have used these for a while now, really can help your wrist with support and comfort. If your spending a lot of time mousing around do yourself a favor and get one.
