Turtle Beach VelocityONE Flight Control System

My advice is to first download the new firmware. Its easy to do, just follow the online steps. There are some set up problems with getting the push in throttle (not leaver) and mixture to work with MS flight sim 2020. There was a chap on youtube who said while the device is connected, go out of setting to the main screen and back into setting, then the throttle mappings appear in MS flight sim. The trim wheel to hold height works great, however you may need to adjust sensitivity in settings. Other than that, the product feels solid and reliable. This is a fantastic controller and if you go watch the countless review videos they all say pretty much the same thing.

The big letdown for me was with Turtle Beach Themselves. Their customer support for NZ is next to nothing.

There was an issue with the first controller. So I emailed them.
They ignored the majority of my first email. I had to re-reply and point out the issue I was referring to, and I even posted videos online of the problem
They replied by copying and pasting from their FAQ page to reset the controller but did nothing to fix the issue. They then told me to contact the distributors in New Zealand.

This took a week and a half of going back and forth.
I even sent a complaint which I have not heard back from that was over 4 weeks ago.

The Distributors got it sorted and a replacement was sent Thankfully no issue. I hope their customer service is better in future.
I would get this product 5 stars but Customer support is a big deal.
