You get a lot of storage to carry around, and it's fast! Speeds from CrystalDiskMark show it's mostly at advertised speeds, even after filling it up with data. It seems to do well with small random reads and writes as well.

Great purchase, this USB is nice with fast transfer speeds and holds up to 1 TB which is exactly what I was after. One thing to be aware of is that it is hard to plug into a laptop next a charger or next to another wider usb-c plug as it's just a wider USB. However this hasn't impacted my use of it very much. On some systems I just unplug the charger while I use it. I am reasonably happy with the product.
Especially with the 1TB capacity.
Stiff plastic but very firm pressure allows very slight squeezing,..
The USB-C connection slides inside to protect it.
No extra cap to lose!
However, it does NOT slide in and out very easily.
This would make it hard for an elderly person or anyone with stiff fingers.. I am reasonably happy with the product.

Don't ever buy a small or slow thumb drive again. This puppy can hold a full day's shoot at least, I post one back to myself while on the road each day as extra insurance in case I lose the drive/laptop/cards while on away jobs. It's happened before, opportunists steal your stuff, and while insurance might refund your hardware, losing the footage can easily be an even bigger expense. It's small, light, and so so fast. Absolutely mindblowing, this will be my travel USB for backing up and sharing dive trip videos off the camera, usually a painfully slow process but the first set I copied onto this bad-boy wrote at 307MB/s (big 'B') which is just a third of the rated speed so probably limited by the read speed of my work laptop. The 256Gb metal-body Sandisk extreme it replaces was fast at the time but boy do things get better over time - might pay to shop more often! Getting a 1TB flash drive for less than $180 is pretty amazing. Transfer data speeds are very fast. Only gripes are that the mechanism for pushing the connection out is a bit iffy to use, and you have to be careful when putting it into a UCB-C slot as it can bend easily.
