The preparation is key. Make sure you double check before fitting the VESA adapter mounted using the correct spacers & screws before attaching the TV to the VESA mount. To select the right screw and adapter combination length mount each screw onto the TV with with suitable spacers and hand tighten making sure the screws tighten firmly without screwing into and damaging the TV. Unscrew the screws, attached the VESA mount to the Tv and screw home the screws and spacers and then fully tightening them. On that matter, once the holes are pre-drilled into the wall, make sure all the wall mount screws are tightened down one at a time in a diagonal pattern checking the wall plate is vertical. Once you are sure the wall mount is secure attach the VESA adapter to the wall mount and tighten the screws checking the TV is level.

I chose this one as I needed it to be able extend far enough away from the wall so that a 40 inch TV could face at a 90 degree angle from the wall, which it does. It 'theoretically' could do this for TVs up to 55 inches .

Cons:
- Didn't come with the black center cap that hides the center screw. Not that fussed.
- I'd be skeptical of it holding a large 55 inch TV over a long period of time.

Pros:
- Perfect for my use case
- Easy to setup

Good value product, easy install into a single stud, and easily mounted the tv using the extended vesa mount. Simple instructions and all parts provided. Seems strong and stable with not wobble in the tv once installed.

The assembly of the extension arms was a bit finicky, but managed to work it out in the end.

Mounting the bracket on the wall mount arm was simple enough, but it was a real pain getting the tv properly level. Every time i tightened the nut, the tv would rotate out of level.

Tilt control was having a tough time keeping my 25kg 42" plasma tv at the correct angle. Had to really tighten the hell out of the tilt control screws to keep it steady. Not sure how it would manage with a 55" 35kg tv.

The cable management sleeves were a nice touch.

Bottom line, cant fault this wall mount too much, especially for the price.

Comes with the tools, bolts, washers & packers. Unfortunately none of the bolts fitted my tv but I found a work-around in the end.
