I got a cable that is loose out of the box. Just a slight movement of the phone and the charging is off. The phone must stay still for the charging to go through. I am using this cable to charge my Samsung Note 8 phone. It is labelled as a fast charging cable, but charging time is terrible, it takes many hours to charge the phone.
