I've only just got the mouse and my immediate observation is that it's not particularly ergonomic. It fits your hand ok and it works ok but when using the mouse you still have to rotate your wrist inwards to hold your hand on it. It's an improvement over a conventional...flat? mouse but you still have use your muscles to rotate your wrist and therein lies the problem for a lot of people. I was hoping it would be more upright so i could relax my wrist and forearm more. Anyway it's wasn't expensive, works ok and an improvement over what i had. This product was cheap (boxing day sale) and it is one of the best mouses that I have ever used. I decided to try this product to see if it can solve my sore wrist after using a regular mouse for a while, and boy it did. Very ergonomic and comfortable to use; it has the perfect angle and size. Not to mention that it has extra configurable buttons as well, and you don't have to worry about swapping out batteries! While it's comfy for a wrist the shape makes it using a little awkward. The long tail shape towards the end may work for certain size of hands but not mine. The hump to the slope has some funny angles doesn't work well with my hand. All buttons and the wheel has good feel to it no complaints there. Tracking isn't too bad not for a hardcore gaming but for casual gamers and everyday use perfectly fine.
