Both MX anywhere 3 and MX master 3 is more expensive than the average mouse but worth the money. It is solid built, very good bluetooth range. Also the scroll wheel feels good and efficient with infinity scroll.

I also got MX master 3. I would say master is more suitable for using it on the desk for long hours. The hand can rest on the mouse and more ergonomic and less tiring. However the movement is slower because it is heavier.

However mx anywhere is more suitable if you want to be portable to work outside like cafe. It also functions as an excellent home theatre sofa mouse.

The mouse is the best sofa mouse ever. It is significant better range than average mouse when the TV is far away. The mouse tracks very well on sofa and carpet and curved uneven surface . And no lag at long range. There is no other bluetooth comparable when used on sofa.

MX anywhere use finger to hold instead of whole hand. The mouse is also lighter. So moving it is faster and more agile. Very good if you need to click many things quickly. However for long hours usage it does get tired faster compare to MX master because there is no hand support.

I would say if you work at desk long hours MX master is better. But if you need the mouse to be portable, more agile mouse , and only work less than a couple hours, MX anywhere is more suitable.

I have tried a few different mouses and this is the best. and it is my 2nd generation of this mouse, they just keep getting better.

I’ve used mice since 1989 when I bought my first Mac so I feel I speak with authority when I say this mouse is in a class of its own. I don't like it. Especially the thumb part, the pattern much better in vertical, but the design is flat pattern, so when you sweat, it is not easy handle the mouse. your thumb easy feel tired. Quality mouse that works on every surface I have tested. I use it in the living room while sitting on the couch and the range and sensitivity are first class. Would recommend. I had had a previous model of this mouse for a few years until I spilled my coffee over it,, this new model with the inbuilt rechargeable battery is just as good,, fast response, easy to setup! And no need for mouse mat!!
