I have had this same mouse before and I feel like this one doesn't have the swiftness of its predecessor (and yes, I've checked the settings for cursor speed etc.). But it's just so nice to have solved my muscle pain, I am really happy to accept the occasional short lag. Great mouse to use and I get no hand cramps.
Unfortunately it doesnt last long as the feet under it get clogged up with dirt and eventually have to replace it. Great mouse to use and I get no hand cramps.

Great product if you have "rsi" or arthritis in your mouse hand. Note that this particular model only designed for right handed use. I'd recommend it. And no hassle click and collect from PBTech. Have been using the wired version for a while, the wireless gives me the wireless convenience whilst retaining the quality feel of the product. I have used the 3M ergonomic mouse for over 25 years. Started with a wired version and then moved to wireless when it was introduced.
It solved my RSI problem immediately and I still use them today. Very reliable and last for years plus the 2x AA batteries also last a long time.
A lot of the ergonomic benefit is achieved by not having to grip the body - just resting your relaxed hand on the base is enough to move the mouse around.
Left and right mouse button action is done with the thumb on the rocker switch at the top of the handle plus there is a scroll button at the front operated
