We bought this for our son for school (9yo) he seems really happy with it. The only issue is the @ symbol and the " symbol on the keyboard is mixed up. We hope that this can simply changed by remapping the keys. Otherwise it works well. We bought this for our son for school (9yo) he seems really happy with it. Easy to purchase, good salesperson product knowledge. More than suitable for its purpose and good price and terms available. A decent size, bit heavy for the intended user, and a good computer bag is advisable.

We have had great experience with HP products - this product won the teens preference for the light weight / sleek design / stealth typing keyboard (college teens have to carry chrome books and text books around all day, so the weight really does matter!)
An updated version of the model used by an older teen, with no problems. Does what it needs to do and does it well. My teens did not see the need for extra functionality around flip or touch screens - less things to go wrong in their minds. Happy with the simpler version which does the main job well. It's one of the best chromebooks for kids. My doll is loving it a lot and it's very easy and handy for her. Even the price is reasonable and look wise also it is great.
