The service team was very helpful in removing the hard drive from my old laptop so I could easily access my files while I made my new purchase. Brought for our son going into year 9 at college. Purchased on sale, it is a good buy for what he needs. Did have trouble setting up as it keeps wanting to upgrade to Windows 11 however this is an HP thing. The camera and screen size is great, keyboard responsive. A very nice piece of equipment I would expect to last him a few years. Very happy to have brought from PB Tech knowing they are local and will help if any issues down the track. Laptop works well - upgraded it to win 11 without issues. It is very light and the thermals seem good so far. We will likely have to upgrade the M.2 SSD at some point as there is only around 200 GB usable after the Windows install but we knew that when we bought it. 8 GB of ram seems enough for our needs which is internet browsing / videos Laptop works well - upgraded it to win 11 without issues.
