Issues but PB Tech fixed with a replacement, which had the same issues, then fixed with a refund

We had 2 versions of this computer (the initial and a replacement) and both had significant issues - would freeze when doing simple operations like opening a blank word document and opening up internet.

Would not get this model! Note i would give this model a 1 star, but as not purchased online and I don't have a online login, I cant give less that 3 stars!

PB Tech have been good to deal with to resolve, firstly offered a replacement and then with the 2nd problem they offered a refund or credit note.

When we started with this laptop it had stability issues and was freezing and crashing every couple of hours. Took it back to PB tech who took 2+ weeks to review and assess, and finally replaced the full unit a few days ago. Have not yet set up the replacement and will hope to do so this weekend, which may improve the 1 star rating given if it preforms as expected.
