I had very low expectations, I just needed something cheap for inside my garage.
But when I found that my devices could connect while inside the house or even on the road, I was amazed at how much range this little guy had!

We recently activated our fiber at home and ordered a router from the ISP. After a week of waiting due to courier delays we decided to buy this TP Link router via click & collect from PB Tech.
It took less than a minute from opening to box until we were able to connect our wireless devices to the internet. The speeds are great as our plan is 100/20. This router manages these speeds easily. We're going to be cancelling our router order from the ISP as this works just fine. Very happy with our purchase and with this product. Pros The second network had a different address range (security) and worked seamlessly

Pros/Con If you have physical access to this device it is easy to break its security and re-purpose to your needs.
Con it is still a older standard of WiFi so prone to all those known problems (speed, interference and bandwidth)

This unit ticks all the boxes for what It needs to do provide some expanded network to the back end of the house away from the main modem and WiFi. the bonus is I get an extra Ethernet port than the old busted one this was replacing. It had no nasty surprises or gotchas and it may have a job that I could use for later as part of its internal setup that may be of some help, a feature that has been removed from my current modem... Good not perfect, meets and exceeds the job I have for it.
