I used this briefly to test if my current PSU was the source of a problem I was having, turns out it was my motherboard so wasn't able to fully test it, however the build quality, packaging and cabling is all very nice. If it had fixed my problem I would've definitely kept it. Running ok and quiet Running ok and quiet

It works well with my new 9600k (sometime 140w after OC), and another 1080ti sc2 (up to 350w after OC). The rail voltage keeps in 12v very steady. one star off because of the electric hum. It is there once I connect the power cable, and constantly annoying. hard to hear after the computer starts with all fans spinning, but could easily hear if I am 10-20cm around the case. I chose this power supply to go with my 1080ti and 8700k because they require a lot of power and I wanted something which would give me great performance and low noise output. I am very happy with the performance and noise levels. I’ve built my fair share of PC’s, after all my parts arrived and I put together/connected everything up, boom. Zero power. I tried different cable connectors, AC cables, wall sockets, paper clip test, routed cable straight to the case fan, bridging the power connectors with a flat head, nothing. Absolutely zero power. I had to go out and buy a cheap psu and connect it up to quadruple confirm it was the problem. Sure enough my PC turned on without skipping a beat. For a power supply to be a bust straight out of the box, there needs to be some serious design flaws.
