Modern Standby is a upcoming feature for Windows 10 that vastly improves your PC's sleep and wake functionality. The technology allows your system to wake from sleep more than twice as fast, as well as maintain a network connection during sleep to continue downloading updates and receive emails and notifications - just like your phone. Best of all, it does this with less overall power consumption.
To make use of Modern Standby, a compatible motherboard and CPU are also required.

Yeah it works
Not a lot of point writing reviews for psu but it does the job. Runs cool not too noisy. Good to have the option of modular so I don't have extra cables lying around.

Great PSU
Corsair stuff is excellent I've never had anything corsair break or die its about as good as it gets.
Great product, worth the price
Managed to snag it on a bit of a discount which was nice, fairly heavy, so you know its got decent internal components, and the unit has a zero fan feature when its not running hot, which is great for keeping the system quiet while just surfing the net etc.
The all black modular cables are nice, though all the PCIe cables for the GPU are the pig-tail type, so there is a little cable clutter if using more than 1 (best to use the 3 separate cables if powering something like a RTX3080 etc).
Overall, I would buy again if I needed too

Modular design is a boon, keeps the test area clear of too many leads.
