These are not suitable for the RPI 4. The DRAM chip is double the size of the provided heat sinks. They require a rectangle shaped heatsink and the one provided is the same size as the small square one.

1 of the heatsinks is the wrong size for the RaspberryPi 4 . It dones't properly cover the middle chip.
