I bought this off the recommendation of the store personnel who told me about the THX stamp that these carry. I’ve had them for a week and am not terribly unhappy with them except the super shrill treble which sometimes gives a headache after some time of continuous listening. I wish it had an equalizer or at least a treble control. Bass has a quite a punch and thankfully can be controlled.
Wires are downright ugly. The main speaker to woofer wire is very thick and heavy, which may indicate good build but looks horrible and not something that can be rolled up easily so I've hid mine behind the table.

For similar price the Creative T40 may be a better choice or better still, the Edifier R1700Bt (with Bluetooth), the latter is available with PB Tech, offer better sound quality in a smaller/neater package, although both of them lack a subwoofer but then again, imho, good sound isn’t defined by head-pounding bass and a THX stamp. Now that I’ve bought them, I'll live with them. Having being so critical of them, I must say that some of my friends have been impressed with it, so it might be a matter of personal taste. Be advised that this set does not have an optical audio-in jack unlike the upgraded T625 model. Optical to RCA converter costs upwards of $50.

If your use case is listening / playing bass heavy content, the speaker is great.
However the mid's sound a bit washed out and the high's arent as clear as Bookshelf speaker (i.e. the satellite speaker's are just average) If your use case is listening / playing bass heavy content, the speaker is great.

PB Tech are selling this for a great price compared to other stores. These speakers are not too bad. Although not for audiophiles but they do a good job for regular home use. Just that they're a bit bulky.
I've connected mine to a bluetooth receiver and can easily connect it with my mobile. So not a bad deal. PB Tech are selling this for a great price compared to other stores. I've owned 2 sets of these speakers. Both sets for a little over 5 years. The 2nd i currently still own. I've personally never had an issue with either set. The speaker quality isn't " insane" but for most people these are a great value. They last a long time and for the size they really pump the sound. 200w rms is more than alot of logitechs even more expensive products I've owned 2 sets of these speakers. Product: Amazing speakers that shakes the whole house with bass when all full blast. Good sound quality and build quality and on par with more expensive brands. Only con is that makes cracking sounds occasionally.

The sound quality is great, but everything is turned into "special effects" because lots of trebles and huge bass.
But with the good settings you can get impressive sound for this price point.
