I heard about this from and friend and bought it to turn my large not so smart tv into one with a higher IQ. So much easier than using chromecast because it comes with a remote like a normal tv. Awesome to see a device that supports most popular free to air channels, as well as selected subscriptions. No issues with connection simple to configure. Have run the device for 6+ mths and have only had one freeze up and that was TV3 app related. Bought this to replace our vodafone tv box - very impressed. Easy to set up and even turns the tv on and off so we don't need to use the tv remote at all.
