Just wanted to give a big thank you to the fella at the warranty/repair section at PBTech central chch. I came in with a monitor mount that I thought may have been faulty and he was very calm and helpful throughout the whole process. After purchasing a new laptop from PBTech for my son's university course there was an immediate concern with the battery life of the laptop which was inconsistent with the specified performance of the battery. A battery report showed this anomaly. Simon was able to verify this also and contacted the OEM to request a new battery. When the new battery arrived and was installed that battery was also compromised. At this point Simon had spent some time dealing with this and ultimately resolved the situation in our favour and acted on our behalf. We felt Simon was on our side from the time the problem arose to its resolution which made this a positive customer experience for us.
