I have used their contact a...view more It doesn't matter who I deal with at PBtech (mainly because I'm not sure who I have dealt with in the past) they all have the same impeccable attention to detail and a great willingness to make sure the customer is happy. I have used their contact a bit lately and have always got an answer to my questions. One thing I am not happy about is that PBtech do not have a physical store up here in Whangarei, I so wish they did because I would be in their store every day checking out the bargains. They are an extremely efficient customer orientated business, there is no other that comes close to them. I have had returns also and the outcomes have always favored me the customer which is how it should be. I even had an item that I thought had a fault but turned out it didn't and PB paid for everything and were in constant contact with me trying to get to the bottom of the fault. I am extremely happy with them. Thanks.
