This time however, when i called i spoke with a man and asked him a question, he told me he would let me know but as i spoke with someone else afterwards, they gave me an answer.
I checked my emails in the weekend and was surprised and impressed as Saad had emailed me and told me how he had gone and asked the question and what the response was that he got. which included them telling him they had answered my question when they spoke with me.
Really awesome thorough customer service and I really appreciated his effort to get back to me!!! even when he knew I got an answer, it made me smile! Thanks Saad!!

I have bought a number of things from PB Tech's online store since moving to the Manawatu. They were instrumental in setting up my home office during last year's lockdown.
Most recently, I urgently required a USB WiFi adapter and webcam.
I was presented with a suitably large selection of options for both and was able to choose models that suited my requirements and budget. Both were shipped the next day and arrived the following day.

Joshua Lim was one of the most helpful customer service reps i've ever dealt with, we answered all my questions and what he didn't know he checked with someone who did and got back to me within 15 minutes. I recently purchased a new laptop from PB which by no fault of theirs developed a hardware fault within the first week of use. PB Tech tech support and sales support were quick to respond to my emails and provided the best assistance they could...view more I recently purchased a new laptop from PB which by no fault of theirs developed a hardware fault within the first week of use. PB Tech tech support and sales support were quick to respond to my emails and provided the best assistance they could remotely (I am in Perth, Australia whereas the laptop came form NZ. When the issue could not be resolved they sent the return paperwork with pre-paid shipping and eventually provided me a full refund (at my request as I found a local supplier with a similar product). They were very helpful even as I voiced my stresses with the issues and even gave me the option to have the unit repaired and shipped back had that been my preference also.

Appreciate the original support in the sale and when issues developed.
