They have been amazing, offering for me to take printer and laptop back to St Lukes branch and they will set it up.
My grandson has offered to come and connect.it.
The team Jackie, Joe. ARMAN, Have made follow up calls checking everything is OK.

After a frustrating day trying to urgently get a Phillips Ultrawide monitor, which I don't know why only Auckland Central H/O that doesn't have click and collect has all the available stock, she did her thing to confirm pick up at another store within less than 24 business hours. Great turn around considering the web online ordering system was projecting 96 hours delivery to my address. Great work!!!

Mal was super patient and knowledgeable, answering my never ending questions and helping me select the perfect components for my build.
My PC was not all smooth sailing and had some issues early on which resulted in parts needing to be replaced. The support from PB Tech was amazing. Everyone in the tech support team (apologies for not including names) who helped get my PC running as it should were friendly and super knowledgeable.
Its easy for a company to deliver good service while trying to gain a sale (no discredit to Mal!). However, delivering that level of support following a sale is were PB Tech shows its true merit.
Thank you so much to everyone in the team that was involved with my PC and look forward to future dealings!
