It works well as a bedside lamp as it emits a soft, even glow. The assistant integrations are handy as well for automation and setting scenes. May not have a wall plug included but it's a good move on them for us to re-use perfectly working USB plugs as it doesn't require that much power.

The touch controls on either side and the power button might be hard to find/control, then again having it connected to your virtual assistant makes it handy. One of the photos on this page (the one next to "recreation" shows it working with no cable attached. This is false, maybe it was photoshopped for marketing purposes by Yeelight? Pros:
Asthetic, Light spectrum, special light features.

Cons:
Always needs to be plugged in (thought it was wireless / chargable).
Not all functions available via Google Home or assistant function so a little disappointed.
