DO NOT GET THIS CABLE

I bought this cable the 25th March 2022 and by 10th May 2022 it was sufficiently faulty to be considered a dead cable. The cable worked 50% of the time when plugged directly into the laptop however, when plugged into the dock, the cable simply wouldn't work. The cable was essentially static due to its use in a dock and it couldn't even handle static use before breaking. Spend a little more money and get a quality cable.

Brilliant use of USB C

Bought this cable to connect another monitor to laptop using USB C. It is slightly on the high price side but if you take into account it is an all in one cord, it works out about the same as an adapter & HDMI cord. I was so impressed a month later I went back and got another - now have 4 screens (including laptop) and very happy

Returns & Warranty

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.

Please note, items purchased on finance cannot be exchanged for a gift card.
