I purchased the C920 webcam to replace a C910. The C910 was a brilliant webcam and I had hopes for the C920 but sadly no. It doesn't come with any software and the Logitech site (rebranded Logi) is incredibly hard to negotiate. I have spent the best part of a day trying to find Logitech drivers for the webcam. Microsoft's default UVC drivers work but it's not clear what functionality you are missing when using them. Given that I don't have the correct drivers perhaps the following comments are not valid but that's

3. The picture is not stable, it flickers and 50% of the time reverts to black and white needing to exit the application (Zoom, OBS) and restarting the app.

This camera has very good quality video. Installs itself pretty much. But I did download the Capture app, so that I can set up the mirrored image, as the default Microsoft app doesn't allow for it.

I have the original one of these from 10 years ago. Today it still looks and works like new. Look after it and it will last you 10 years too. The closest focus is good if your finger is within 50mm and you are studying something like your fingerprints. Max focus distance is perfect, whether sitting at your desk during conference calls or walking around the room using face tracking. High end resolution & adjusts to light. But still better to aim away from light source, not into it, for best video results. Used only for online meetings as my monitors don't have webcam & my laptop one is not great. No built-in microphone but you can use your laptop/phone/desktop one anyway. Can adjust angle of webcam up or down. It does not have a lens cover though so if you can get a similar high end webcam with lens cover then go for that. Or just add a lens cover. A nice little webcam, sits well on top of a monitor and has a great quality image. Whilst probably a little more expensive than I wanted to pay the image quality makes up for this. I have had this camera for a year or two from another seller and it has treated me well. It has a high refresh rate and its a great res.
