AMD Ryzen 5 5600X CPU

As with all the other reviews, this CPU works great, etc. I only wish I had looked at the comparisons between it and the 5600 before buying, the X costs $50 more for a couple of percent difference in performance. Unless you absolutely need every last percent, buy the 5600....unless the price difference drops in the future. Good for gaming. If you're playing at more than 1080p, as in 1440p or 2160p, this is not much of an upgrade over similar previous gen processors like the 3600. Good for gaming. Solid performer from AMD, got an extra 10-20FPS in gaming over my previous R5 3600.
Still early in its product life so can only get better with driver and BIOS updates.

Even coming from an R5 2600 this thing slaps. Getting an extra 10 fps in borderlands 3 without anything else upgraded. Once my 3080 arrives I'll have one hell of a system.
