I picked this over the MX, considering that once Xbox games are installed, there’s not a lot of writing to disk beyond game saves. It took maybe 20 minutes install, and maybe 10 at most to reinstall the Xbox OS from a recovery USB stick. My games load so much faster now, it’s like having a new console without buying a Series X. Had a tired old computer that was just going slower and slower. The hard drive was running all the time and not really getting anywhere fast. Put this SSD drive and and it is now working at a good pace and is reasonable to use again. I will put off buying a new laptop now until I can save for it.
