As I was going downhill, the scooter limited the speed to 25km/h by activating the brakes and getting energy back from it which is fair enough. But once I got down the bottom of the hill and started to apply acceleration again I could still feel the resistance on the rear wheels. Now, the wheels have a constant high resistance to turning. I've tried factory reseting, locking and unlocking, turning it on and off etc. The wheels is still locked.
