Easy to set up and run from my phone. I can easily vacuum a room or zone. Has done an amazing job keeping my floors clean and the mopping is an added bonus!
Would lose half a star as it doesn't let you know when the dust bin is full. However I just set it to vacuum a couple of rooms and then I check it/empty it and set it off again. This is a really good little robovac for the money. The software could use some work, as could the user manual (yes, I know, who reads manuals?). As I speak though, a firmware update has just come through with options to back up and restore your house/room maps, so if I could bump this up by half a star, I would.

The only real issue I have with this little wonder is that black carpet - the kind you sometimes find in carpeted internal garages for example - is treated as a black hole by the edge detection software, and attempting to vacuum it, even in spot clean mode, makes for a very confused little robot.

Other than that, it handles transitions from carpet (quite thick with about 0.9cm rise) to tiles/laminate really well, even with the mop attachment on, which the manufacturer suggests removing in this case.

If it broke, I'd buy another, and that's the sign of a good product!

The RoboRock is low enough to fit under all our furniture and manages to find its way around our home without issues. Every three vacuuming sessions we also let it do the mopping which takes care of all the basic mopping needs. I was nervous about purchasing a robot vac as they’re quite expensive and didn’t want to end up with something useless for the money. I am over the moon having owned this a few weeks now. I have a lot of hard floors and it races around the house in 50min and does the carpet well too. The mopping seems pretty solid and I can’t believe how much dirt gets picked up by the vacuum in what I thought was a clean house… the rubber brush doesn’t get as tangled with long hair which is perfect for our household of long haired people and a cat. I had the Roborock S6 for a few years and it was a great vacuum. However we recently moved to a house with a lot of wooden floors so wanted a good mopping option also, hence Iwentfor the S7. I am not disappointed. Vacuum is excellent and it does a great job at mopping. Some stubborn stains do require a couple of passes but the sonic mopping does a great job. Yes, I've decided to splash nearly a thousand bucks on a vacuum cleaner, but I'm glad I did, as I don't have to bend my back on every corridor and corner of our house, but this amazing robot does it automatically! It even goes around things and under the table! I’ve been doing a lot of research about robot vacuum for about 2 years before deciding to get one. I was slightly cautious to buy this roborock mainly due the price but the moment I received it and turn it on. It was amazing. It scanned my entire house and I could even set schedule for it. The suction is great so is the battery life. I highly recommend people to get it if you’re wiling to invest a bit of money in a good robot vacuum. It is such time saver too.
