removes the hassle of configuring set up for teams conference - because it is usb based, cheaper sound jack based head sets tend to confuse my lap top occasionally - resulting in infinite cycle of - sorry we cant hear you on conference, log out, wiggle cable, log back in. It's comfortable to wear for short periods of time and the audio quality is much better than what you get from a laptop's built-in microphone.

The headset works well. Sound quality in the earphones is very good. The voice to recording is good. The headset is easy to use and meets my needs.

This headset just works. Excellent audio quality for talking, not too bad for gaming although one's ears do get a bit squashed after long use. Note that the headset is all black, without the silver inserts shown in the picture. This headset just works.
