As Sennheiser always has another great product has been made from them, I quite like clothe ear surrounds won't get the same problem with it peeling apart and it obviously sounds great, a little bit lite on the low bass but still audible but with an eq it can easily sound like a pair of $500 headphones, would recommend. Great for what they are. Classic Sennheiser design. Good and quite neutral sound, comfortable to wear and listen to. Cuts out ambient noise well, and reduces general noise but not extremely. These perform very well, and the passive sound isolation is awesome. Use these for travel and work, and allow proper focus without the external distractions.
Main listened genre is electronica -- both the range and bass are quite good on these cans.

Comfortable headset with amazing sound quality. I bought them 4 weeks ago to listen to an online course and music. It does both these things brilliantly. Voice is very clear and music has full range from base to treble and handles low volume recordings really well. Highly recommend this product. Comfortable headset with amazing sound quality. Previously owned a Sennheiser HD-595 headphone, that lasted 12 years before wearing out, and have found the HD-569 to be as good as the the HD-595 ones, so if they last as long, then I'll have nothing to complain about. I find a lot of headphones to be very uncomfortable, but this one fits neatly over my ears and has generous padding. The fabric covering the padding has a texture similar to suede and the padding is soft. The sound quality is good and outside sounds are considerably reduced. When I tried plugging it in through my speakers there was no sound from the left side, but plugging it directly into the computer fixed the issue. I've used these headphones every day for the last two weeks and am very happy with them. The sound quality is great, bass isn't too invasive, good at blocking noise without canceling, has excellent comfort.
